You may be experiencing early signs of lamp failure. If your LED signs were installed in 2015 or earlier, it might be time to plan for LED lamp replacements. Do you have a boneyard?
Keeping at least 10% of spare parts can keep you up and running! Boneyards are storage areas where you keep pieces and parts of signs that may be pulled, if needed, to repair other Lumacurve signs. Maintaining a "boneyard" of Lumacurve parts, panels, and bulbs allows you to reconfigure and reuse components.
