You may be experiencing early signs of lamp failure. If your LED signs were installed in 2015 or earlier, it might be time to plan for LED lamp replacements. If the sign is beyond the 4-year warranty period, we recommend replacing all lamps in the sign when one lamp fails. Click here to view the Troubleshooting PDF.

Our HI-VIS Sign ID numbers easily mount to the sign's end panel to provide clear and visible identification on each sign. These numbers can help simplify sign or fixture outage reports and have the maintenance crew on and off the field in a shorter time. Lumacurve's Hi-Vis ID numbers are made from heavy-duty, durable polyurethane in bright yellow and can fit up to 4 numbers or letters.
Do you have a boneyard?
Keeping at least 10% of spare parts can keep you up and running! Boneyards are storage areas where you keep pieces and parts of signs that may be pulled, if needed, to repair other Lumacurve signs. Maintaining a "boneyard" of Lumacurve parts, panels, and bulbs allows you to reconfigure and reuse components.
